Become DBE Certified & Keep Federal Funds in Chemung County
The federal DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) program is for small for-profit businesses owned and operated by people who qualify as economically or socially disadvantaged. Businesses that meet that criteria can apply for and obtain a DBE certification to support their operations.
CTRAN aims to support local business owners through the DBE program by increasing the number of businesses that are certified. This will help our community keep federal funds invested in the economic growth of Chemung County and nearby areas.
