We have trained volunteers to act as travel trainers, people who provide individualized training to give a person who wants to become a rider the skills to travel safely and independently on public transportation. Contact the Mobility Manager or Customer Service Department to see if this service will work for you.

One addition service we are especially proud of is the Mark Twain Trolley Tour. In cooperation with the Chemung Chamber of Commerce, during the months of July and August, we provide a one-hour tour of Chemung County that showcases its rich historical history and Twain's legacy in a format that is both entertaining and fun to tourists and locals.
